Conditions and Details of Participation

No purchase necessary.  Appointments are required.  This offer is non-transferable and only you, the individual(s) named on the letter, may claim the gift(s).  Unclaimed gift(s) shall not be awarded.  This offer is for creditworthy, currently employed and recently retired married couples or singles age 25-65 with an annual income of $30,000 or more.  If married, cohabiting or engaged, both individual’s must attend together.  Participants must be legal U. S. residents who possess valid driver’s license.  Participants must bring an interpreter if they cannon speak or understand English.  This offer is being made for the purpose of soliciting the purchase of a time-share at Skyline Ranch Resort, a Timeshare Project, although participants are under no obligation to make a purchase.  Participants are required to attend a sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes in order to receive their gift(s).  We do request that children under 8 years of age not attend.  Upon completion of the presentation, participants will receive their gift(s).  Only one set of gifts per family or per vehicle will be given.  Participants must present confirmation letter and at least two forms of identification, including a valid driver’s license, major credit card or imprinted check.  Offer good only on day of visit.  Recipients agree to allow the use of names and/or pictures for future promotional purposes.  This offer in is lieu of any other promotion or offer.  Skyline Ranch Resort, a Timeshare Project, 751 Mountain Road, Front Royal, Virginia 22630, is the Sponsor of this offer.  Current members, owners and employees of the Sponsor and previous visitors to the Sponsor within the last 12 months are no eligible for this offer.  Employees, officers and directors of affiliated printer, mail houses, advertising and promotion agencies and any and all other companies associated with this offer and members of their immediate families or households of any of the above are ineligible.  Liability for misprinted data is limited to the replacement of the mail piece only.  Gifts are subject to availability and comparable gifts of equal or greater value may be substituted.  Taxes, charges and fees on all gifts are the sole responsibility of the recipient.  The recipient of the Odenza U-Pick Vacation Certificate and one companion are entitled to either:  (1) A 4-day/3-night cruise in one cabin based on double occupancy from one of 3 cruise ports, including:  Port Canaveral, Florida; Miami, Florida or Los Angeles, California, OR (2) Roundtrip airfare from a selected major international airport in the continental U.S. or Canada and 2 nights of accommodations (1 room based on double occupancy ) in a designated city, including Las Vegas, Nevada; Orlando, Florida or Los Angeles, California.  All travel requires a minimum of 90 days booking notice from the time Odenza receives the requested date.  All travel must be completed within 24 months of the registration date printed on the Vacation Certificate.  The cruise and flight dates are year round, however, additional charges will apply during peak season (cruise peak is from March through August), conventions, and holidays.  Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa).  Only one travel offer per household may be used in a 24-month period.  All vacation offers are subject to availability and promotions inventory.  Odenza reserves the right to offer an alternate departure date, port or flight destination.  The recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including, but not limited to:  Cruise port charges and taxes, flight and hotel taxes and fees, transportation, gratuities, a $50.00 USD per person reservation processing fee and miscellaneous expenses, where applicable.  Once reservations are confirmed, a $50.00 Odenza service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no shows, in addition to charges levied by the cruise line, hotel, airline, or travel service provider.  No one will be discriminated against for the granting of credit on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the recipient has the capacity to contract), or source of income. Offer is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.  This Offer expires 21 days from receipt.
